How do I track my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, we will process your order and hand it over to the courier company. After dispatch, you will receive an Email or WhatsApp message from us with your Tracking ID, Courier Company Details, and a Link to check your order status in real time.
How much time does it take to get the refund of my cancelled order?
If your order is successfully canceled before processing, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider) for the refund to reflect in your account.
